Fall/Winter Skincare Repair tips


When we enter the cooler fall/winter months- our skin can need a little more care. Skin can become easily and quickly dehydrated, as well as irritated with the change in weather. If you are experiencing any of the above concerns, try the following suggestions to help nurture and care for your skin.

 

1) Switch your Gel/ Foaming Cleanser for a Lotion or Cream Cleanser

Switching out your gel or foaming cleanser for something creamier will instantly help increase hydration and help with skin irritation or dryness. Even those with normal or combination skin can benefit from this by alternating between gel and cream cleansers to ensure optimal hydration!

2) Add in an Oil or Serum to your morning and/or nightly skincare routine
