Cambrian Pharmacy was founded in 1959 and has grown into one of Calgary’s most unique pharmacies, providing a variety of customized services that cater to the specific health needs of individual patients. Owner Rob Heaton and his staff have built Cambrian Pharmacy into more than just the corner drug mart. Previously known as Cambrian Drug Mart, in 1996 Rob Heaton purchased the store he had been working at for years. Cambrian Pharmacy has also been compounding specialized medications for nearly 10 years.
Cambrian is one of the largest suppliers of homeopathic remedies in the city and provides both traditional and alternative health solutions. We offer an extensive collection of natural remedies as well as access to the latest medical knowledge and state-of-the art technology. Our pharmacists can help you decide when to use a natural therapy, when to use a prescription, and when to blend the two. This allows each patient to choose treatment options that best suit his or her specific needs and lifestyle.

Cambrian Pharmacy is owned and operated by Rob Heaton, B.Sc.Pharm. Rob is an experienced pharmacist who has worked in the industry for over 22 years. Olga Dmytrisin, B.S.P., is a pharmacist, certified diabetes educator and INR testing specialist. Olga has worked for independent pharmacies in Calgary for over 31 years.
